They always do it this way, don't they?

You need a theology degree and multiple languages to place this statement in an orthodox context, the faithful are scandalized and those outside the Church no longer have any idea what we believe - but, technically, if you were not so hard hearted, you would see that we have not changed anything."

On the one hand, if the claims of the Church were not true, they would just change whatever they wanted and be done: Someone will not let them make the changes they want. On the other, it is no wonder that the laity is searching for a place of safety; it is clear our Bishops do not want us.

Cor Orans deserves to be on the list--possibly the most evil act of Francis's pontificate, one aimed at destroying contemplative life.
