What did the first one actually mean? I would have interpreted that to mean all the doors will remain closed (not open). Always at a metro stop only half of the doors open, because the platform is only on one side of the train. So all doors never open. Right? I’m thoroughly confused now.

Not all doors will open!

On the Metro, they mean not all the doors in all the cars. If I recall (it's been a long time), some stops are only accessed via some cars.

But "all doors will not open" means all the doors will be shut! So how are you supposed to get off?
